Ordered Baked Portugese Chicken for dinner, the amount of rice and chicken was generous and was absolutely delicious. First of all, the fried rice was well made. Not sticky or mushy, with a little bit of chewiness and eggy. Secondly was the chicken, tender and well seasoned. Thirdly there were some fried potatoes as a side, which was crispy. Finally was the soul, the Portugese sauce. It was perfectly seasoned, not too salty and with a hint of coconut milk. The only complaint that I can make is that if they can put some onions or carrots as a side, it will even be better, but I would give it a 5/5.

Prices have gone up over the years but food quality has been pretty consistent over the last decade. The servers here are certified GOATs and efficiently take care of 15+ tables by themselves and work the cash register too. To be honest I would only recommend ST as a late night spot but of that category, it is probably the best. Drinks are solid as well, expect to spend $15-25/person. My favourites are their western Hk cafe dishes such as the baked rice dishes, the clubhouse sandwich, and the three choice. Their cutlet fish and pork are great.

One of the best HK-style cafe food I've ever had in Vancouver. Inside was nice and bright. Rows filled with happy customers and appetizing food. Came here with a really special friend who recommended me a tasty pork chop rice dish that was amazing!! The auntie servers were ALL super friendly and nice, so I HOPE they get raises and get tipped really well Will definitely come back again -- definitely recommend.

This place is real og and it's nearing 2 decades. Silver tower is a heavyweight contender for Hong Kong style cafe. This location has been a fantastic staple. The food is delicious. The parking is terrible. The Cafe Aunties can be bi polar at times. It's cash only and don't you ever forget that 10% minimum tip haha. Actually I think it's 12% minimum tip now. I've eaten so many dishes here over the years. Most of them are late night ones too. This place is great comfort food.

It’s true, the prices have gone up and the service is non-existent at best, but it is nostalgic and the grilled meats are really good! I always get the 2-choice set meal with grilled chicken/beef or pork, spaghetti, beef gravy, and cream soup. The cream soup is difficult to find these days and it’s really good, reminds me of the kind I had in Hong Kong. The portions are large and the set meal comes with a free drink. If you want something that is predictable and you don’t care about poor service at all, this is a semi-pricey option for you! They don’t take credit and no split bills.

This is definitely a go to place for junky comfort food. A hug for the weary soul after a hard day at work. By no means fancy food.. But predictable tried and true common food. Club sandwich with fries, baked pork chop over rice with tomato sauce, seafood fettuccine, creamy soups, noodles, and lemon iced tea.

Late dinner on Friday, no parking outside the restaurant, hence 4 out of 5 stars. They are very reasonably priced, especially with other restaurants pricing keep going up, which make it a even better deal. I wasn’t expecting the quality to be this good, because of the low price. The fish was cooked perfectly, chicken was just average, but the portion size was huge. The tomato soup was a little on the small side, but overall this is a pretty good place.
